Here is what we are learning about this week:
Math: Ch. 4, Addition Concepts (Test will be Friday, 10/4/13)
Reading: Visualizing while reading, sequencing
Writing: storytelling and not summarizing in our personal narratives
Spelling: Continuing daily activities, will write test dates on calendar and highlight when they are final dates.
Social Studies: continents, oceans, communities
Important Reminders:
*If you are in need of a lunch calendar for October, please let me know. My copy was for breakfast only so I wanted to check and make sure everyone has the correct calendar.
*Please send in all fundraiser packets with money and order forms as soon as possible.
*Early next week, an e-mail from a website called SIGN UP GENIUS will be sent to you so you are able to sign up for Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. More information about this will follow, just wanted to make you aware.
*A progress report will come home this week. Please sign and return it! Thank you!
